What is The Stack Jobs?
The Stack Jobs is a curated tech job board for international candidates seeking roles in Europe that offer visa sponsorship and relocation support.
We focus on software engineering, data, DevOps/SRE, product, and design roles at companies that hire internationally across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France, and other European tech hubs.
How we find visa-sponsored jobs
A job is only marked as visa sponsored when at least one of these checks passes:
- The job ad says so. We read every description, and a role qualifies when it offers visa sponsorship, a work permit, an EU Blue Card or relocation support.
- The employer is on an official sponsor list. We check government registers of employers licensed to hire from abroad: the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors (Skilled Worker), the Dutch IND register of recognised sponsors, Ireland's list of companies issued employment permits, Denmark's Fast-Track Scheme certified companies (SIRI) and Portugal's Tech Visa certified companies (IAPMEI).
- The employer is known to sponsor. The company is listed as hiring with visa sponsorship or relocation on specialist boards such as JobGlance, Relocate.me, Jaabz and Arbeitnow, or already has sponsored roles on The Stack.
We drop any role whose ad says it cannot sponsor, requires an existing right to work, or is open to EU or UK citizens only — even when the company is on a sponsor list.
A company on a sponsor register is licensed to sponsor, but it can still decide role by role, and some countries set salary minimums (for example the UK Skilled Worker threshold). Always confirm sponsorship with the employer before you apply or resign.
