## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and industrialise AI agents and multi-step workflows using LLMs and RAG.
- Integrate agents with internal systems via APIs, webhooks, connectors and data platforms.
- Build production-grade solutions with guardrails: access controls, logging, monitoring and security.
- Orchestrate and automate agent workflows (n8n, LangChain or equivalents) and ensure reliability and scalability.
- Measure usage, performance and business impact; iterate to improve adoption and outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, data, architecture and business teams through experimentation and deployment.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or AI solution development with end-to-end delivery.
- Strong Python, SQL and data modelling skills; experience with LLMs, RAG and agent frameworks (LangChain, etc.).
- Hands-on experience integrating services (APIs, webhooks, CRMs) and deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with orchestration/automation tools (n8n, Make, Dust) and MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring).
- Knowledge of containers and platform tooling (Docker, Kubernetes) and security/observability concerns.
- Good communication and ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business impact.
