Responsibilities:
- Acquire, validate and prepare data from SQL, APIs, files and cloud platforms for analysis and modelling.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to surface trends, anomalies and modelling opportunities; optimise data structures for cost and performance.
- Design, train and deploy ML models (classification, regression, forecasting, NLP) and LLM-based systems (RAG, vector DBs, LangChain).
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection and re-calibration processes; maintain model performance over time.
- Build BI dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and translate technical results into business-facing insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document designs and present results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:
- Strong Python skills for data engineering, ML development and productionisation.
- Practical experience with LLMs and related tooling: vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG architectures and frameworks like LangChain.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure or Google Cloud) and experience deploying models in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tooling for reporting and dashboarding; ability to produce clear visualisations and technical documentation.
- Experience with model monitoring, data drift detection and ML lifecycle best practices; good communication skills in Polish and English.
