## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design, implementation and deployment of agentic AI systems (retrieval, orchestration, tool-using agents).
- Build scalable retrieval pipelines and data architectures to ingest and structure large volumes of unstructured data.
- Implement robust model serving, monitoring and observability for production LLMs and agents.
- Create automated evaluation and benchmarking pipelines with continuous feedback loops to iterate on model quality.
- Integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products, ensuring reliability and seamless UX.
- Drive fast prototyping and iterative development in an agile, high-intensity startup environment.

Requirements:
- Proven record of shipping complex LLM-driven systems and agentic workflows in production.
- Expert, hands-on Python skills and experience building backend services for ML/LLM workloads.
- Deep knowledge of retrieval systems, data architecture for unstructured data, and LLM orchestration.
- Experience with automated benchmarking, evaluation frameworks, and production monitoring/observability.
- Strong sense of ownership, product intuition and ability to drive projects from prototype to production.
- Comfortable working on-site in Munich; prior full-stack exposure (React/TypeScript/FastAPI) is a plus.

## Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of building and scaling agentic AI systems, including retrieval pipelines and LLM orchestration. Additionally, you will design automated evaluation frameworks and ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities into production products.

## Requirements
