## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship AI systems for community, creator, localization, and playtest publishing workflows.
- Own reliability, evaluation, observability, and security for AI products interacting with external stakeholders.
- Develop an MCP-first intelligence layer over Creator and Community data and reporting systems.
- Build and harden multi-agent systems with approval-gated workflows (CRM outreach, CM support, PR workflows).
- Drive the Community Alert System: real-time sentiment/issue detection and Slack escalation with CM support.
- Contribute to R&D for an in-game dialogue framework (Unity/Unreal importable, safety-controlled).
- Collaborate in a small cross-functional AI Ops team and embed solutions into publishing operations.

Requirements:
- Professional software engineering experience building production AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
- Strong understanding of reliability, evaluation, observability, and security for user-facing AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling and libraries.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines at meaningful scale (millions of records/month).
- Comfortable with multi-agent system design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver working systems independently.
- Good English communication skills and experience working with product and publishing stakeholders.
