## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the AI KPI framework and dashboards to track adoption, productivity gains, costs and ROI in partnership with Finance.
- Set baselines and measure before-and-after impact of AI use cases; produce clear financial reporting for leadership.
- Monitor AI programme budget and spend (tools, licences, infrastructure); flag deviations early.
- Run ongoing competitor and market benchmarking of AI (player-facing features, internal use cases, AI maturity) and convert findings into prioritised recommendations.
- Operate the AI Helpdesk as first point of contact for AI tool access, guidelines and use-case queries; route complex requests to experts.
- Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base (FAQs, guides, prompt libraries) and use helpdesk insights to identify adoption barriers and training needs.
- Capture and share internal AI success stories with Comms to drive adoption and employer branding.

Requirements:
- University degree in AI, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and a practical understanding of where AI creates value and its limitations.
- Strong financial acumen; experience building business cases, ROI models and KPI dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Experience in financial analysis, business performance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
- Structured market and competitor research skills and the ability to turn findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills and a service-oriented mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, HR, Security and Legal.
