## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for shop performance and retail media reporting
- Create and maintain data models (dbt or similar) for event/tracking and revenue attribution use cases
- Implement automated reporting and dashboards that meet stakeholder requirements
- Ensure data quality, validation and observability across analytics assets
- Optimize queries and data layouts for cost and performance (partitioning, clustering)
- Collaborate with product, tech and retail media teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and containerized workflows where needed

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in analytics or data engineering
- Advanced SQL skills and experience optimizing queries for big data platforms
- Hands-on experience with transformation tools (dbt) and data modeling for high-volume event data
- Familiarity with frontend tracking and web analytics (GA4) and revenue attribution concepts
- Experience with orchestration tools (Dagster, Airflow) and cloud warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
- Attention to data quality, testing and documentation
- Nice to have: experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI), Terraform, Docker and advanced BigQuery cost optimization techniques
