## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Risk stakeholders to translate business needs into ETL and data model requirements.
- Decompose risk domains (applications, rules, features, decision logic) into maintainable data models.
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines and data marts in the DWH.
- Define and align key risk metrics (DPD buckets, defaults, aggregates) with business users.
- Validate data solutions with stakeholders, ensure production readiness (scheduling, optimization, maintainability).
- Document data lineage, transformations, and business rules to support the DWH knowledge base.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years in Data Analysis, Analytics Engineering, or System Analysis with DWH experience.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience writing complex queries.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Domain expertise in Risk or Finance and familiarity with risk data sources (credit bureau, payments, indicators).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams.
- B1 or higher English for international collaboration.

## Responsibilities

You will design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models while collaborating with risk domain stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Additionally, you will ensure data solutions are production-ready and contribute to the company's data culture by documenting transformations and business rules.

## Requirements
