## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical engagements with UK enterprise customers from first contact through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement.
- Act as the customer's ongoing technical advisor on the Claude platform during deployment and early operation.
- Partner with Enterprise AEs and Applied AI Architects to define target architectures, success criteria and what good looks like.
- Advise engineering teams on system design, agent architecture, prompting, context engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for C‑level and senior stakeholders; build and present measurable ROI cases.
- Produce technical resources, runbooks and evaluation suites; work with Product and Engineering to feed back customer insights.
- Support procurement, compliance and enterprise security conversations to enable safe, scalable deployments.

Requirements:
- Strong technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture or equivalent) with experience in pre‑sales or technical advisory roles.
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying LLM‑powered applications: prompting, agent architectures, evaluation and scale considerations.
- Ability to present technical concepts and business value to engineering teams and C‑level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, compliance and cloud deployment patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills across multi‑quarter engagements.

## Responsibilities

You will act as a technical advisor to guide large UK enterprises through the deployment of Claude into their operations and products. This involves partnering with account executives to manage the full sales cycle, from technical evaluation and proof of value to architecture design and procurement.
