## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy production AI solutions for critical and sovereign use cases (LLM fine-tuning, RAG, agentic systems).
- Build secure, reliable GenAI applications tailored to regulatory and operational constraints of clients.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product, and ops to ship end-to-end systems (backend, APIs, monitoring).
- Lead MLOps tasks: model versioning, inference optimization, deployment pipelines, observability, and cost controls.
- Provide technical guidance during pre-sales and client engagements, translating requirements into implementable designs.
- Maintain security, privacy, and compliance best practices for on-prem/cloud deployments and assist with audits.

Requirements:
- MS or PhD in AI, ML, CS, or related field with ~2+ years applied ML/AI experience (industry or research).
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and LangChain/HuggingFace tooling.
- Practical MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, scaling, and inference optimization on cloud or on-prem infra.
- Strong system design skills for building production ML pipelines and APIs; backend/integration experience a plus.
- Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English. French citizenship required for security clearance on some projects.
