## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineers, designers, operations and domain experts to scope, build and ship onboarding flows and client-data capabilities.
- Design simple, secure journeys for customers to provide, verify and update personal information and declarations.
- Ensure client statuses, blocks and lifecycle events are captured accurately and handled transparently across systems.
- Conduct user research, analyse feedback and metrics, write user stories and maintain an outcome-oriented backlog.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance and client service teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Track post-launch metrics, identify improvement opportunities and iterate to optimise customer outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, finance or similar).
- Entry to early-career product experience (0–2 years) or strong internship/project experience in fintech or product roles.
- Familiarity with agile tooling and practices (Jira, Confluence, Figma) and ability to write clear user stories/specifications.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills; comfortable working with legal and compliance teams.
- Detail-oriented, outcome-driven mindset with curiosity for user research and data-led decision making.
- Must be able to work hybrid in Berlin or Munich.

## Responsibilities

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain seamless client onboarding journeys and lifecycle processes. Additionally, you will translate regulatory and business requirements into intuitive digital products while optimizing performance through data analysis.
