(Associate) Product Manager - Settlement Services (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for clearing, settlement and custody capabilities; prioritize features and manage trade-offs.
- Work with Engineering, Operations, Compliance and external partners to design, build and operate settlement flows.
- Establish and manage relationships with counterparties and central securities depositories (CSDs).
- Translate market research, quantitative analysis and user feedback into product requirements and user stories.
- Support launches, monitor post-release performance, and iterate based on operational metrics and customer feedback.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of product or product-focused project experience in a tech, fintech or startup environment.
- Strong interest in post-trade processes: clearing, settlement, custody, and securities workflows.
- Analytical mindset with experience in quantitative data analysis and translating findings into product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills; ability to work with external partners and internal ops/compliance teams.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Engineering or related field is preferred.
