## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end product delivery for tax-related client features and internal enablement tools from discovery to launch.
- Help define product strategy and roadmap focused on user experience, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Design intuitive self-service tax experiences (overviews, submissions, documentation) for German and international clients.
- Define and improve client tax master data structures and processes to enable downstream tax calculations and reporting.
- Build internal tools and workflows that streamline tax calculations, document intake, and operational handoffs.
- Collaborate with engineers, domain experts, compliance, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements:
- 0–2 years of product or related experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments.
- Strong analytical thinking, user-centred mindset, and interest in tax/regulatory topics (e.g., CRS, local tax processes).
- Experience or familiarity with product tools and processes (Agile, Jira, Confluence, Figma) and stakeholder management.
- Good communication skills and ability to document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria clearly.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating complex regulatory needs into simple UX and workflows.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn tax domain specifics; German tax knowledge is a plus.

## Responsibilities
