## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Clean, process and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support reporting and ML initiatives.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and key business metrics.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, SSAS models and DAX measures for stakeholders.
- Develop and document ETL flows, data models and technical BI artefacts; ensure data quality.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and present results to business teams.
- Provide user support and training on BI tools; enforce data governance, access and privacy rules.

Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling, data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX and experience with SSAS for OLAP modelling.
- Experience in financial services or brokerage environments preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; fluent English.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5), real-time trading data, Python for analysis and cloud data solutions (Microsoft Fabric).

The BI Data Analyst will clean, process, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to support reporting and machine learning initiatives. They are also responsible for designing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports in Power BI and SSAS to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
