Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AFC data requests and ensure consistent, accurate extractions and reports.
- Translate complex AFC processes and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable data insights for First and Second Line teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards and monitoring metrics (e.g., handling times, volume forecasts) to detect and escalate risks early.
- Produce independent and ad-hoc analyses to validate business decisions, support audits and accelerate remediation actions.
- Support sampling methodologies, second-line control dashboards and data requests for training and compliance reviews.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst; AFC investigations experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience building dashboards with Metabase, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
- Good understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and MLRO/second-line processes.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to translate regulatory nuance into data requirements and clear presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or internal tools, and ability to work across operational and compliance stakeholders.
