## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define clear, measurable goals and forecasts for product initiatives within the Customer Risk Lifecycle (CRL) and AFC Operations.
- Design, run and analyse experiments and observational studies to evaluate product changes and fraud/financial-crime controls.
- Be the primary analytics point-of-contact for product, design and operations stakeholders; translate questions into analysis plans.
- Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools that track OKRs and team-level metrics.
- Improve analytics foundations by collaborating with engineers to instrument tracking and make data self-serve.
- Run knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to raise data literacy across the organisation.
- Contribute to cross-functional analytics community: document results and share learnings broadly.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in product or analytics roles with hands-on experimentation and causal inference experience.
- Strong statistical background and familiarity with experimental design and quantitative research methods.
- Proficient in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R); able to run end-to-end analyses and read code.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset) and dashboarding best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, able to present insights clearly and empathetically to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and in a hybrid Berlin office environment.

## Responsibilities

You will enable data-driven decision-making by designing experiments, evaluating product initiatives, and providing actionable insights. Additionally, you will contribute to the analytics platform and improve data literacy across the organization through training and workshops.

## Requirements
