## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define measurable goals and improve forecasting/OKR-aligned targets for Investments initiatives.
- Design and analyse experiments and causal-inference studies to measure product impact.
- Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools used for weekly and strategic decisions.
- Enable self-serve analytics by improving tracking, data foundations and collaborating with engineers.
- Communicate insights clearly to product, design and engineering; run training and workshops to raise data literacy.
- Partner with UX research and cross-functional teams to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence for product decisions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in product/analytics (typical 2–5 years); domain experience in investments/wealth is a plus.
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills for analysis and experimentation.
- Solid grounding in statistics, experimentation design and causal inference methods.
- Experience building dashboards and visualisations with tools like Tableau, Metabase, Looker or Superset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable educating teams and presenting actionable insights.

## Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making within the Investments team by designing experiments, performing causal inference, and building monitoring tools.
