## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards for Trust & Safety stakeholders.
- Monitor key metrics continuously and alert on anomalies or regressions.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses to investigate incidents, trends, and policy impacts.
- Implement and validate events/properties tracking to ensure accurate data collection.
- Write production-level SQL and Python for ETL, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to translate requirements into actionable metrics.

Requirements:
- ~3+ years of analytics experience with strong SQL and Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude or similar).
- Experience designing automated reports, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring data quality.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with high-load systems or advertising/Trust & Safety contexts is a plus.

## Responsibilities

Prepare automated reports for the Trust & Safety department and monitor key performance metrics. Collaborate with product managers and data scientists while implementing new tracking events and properties.

## Requirements

Requires at least 3 years of analytics experience and proficiency in SQL and Python. Candidates must have experience with BI tools and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.
