## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Analyze acquisition channels, marketing campaigns and customer cohorts to assess CAC, conversion and LTV.
- Map and instrument the full customer journey from first touch to trial, subscription and retention; identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Run funnel and cohort analyses, churn diagnostics and retention experiments; provide prioritized recommendations to Marketing, Product and Finance.
- Monitor payment performance (acceptance rates, declines, retries) across PSPs, products and regions; surface anomalies and recommend fixes.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering to validate data quality, implement experiments and maintain consistent metric definitions.
- Build reusable analytics assets: dashboards, automated reports and analyst tools; integrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analyses.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights and measurable next steps.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years in data/BI/product analytics, ideally for SaaS/subscription businesses.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools; familiarity with Python for analysis is a plus.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPA, retention, churn) and cohort analysis.
- Experience analysing payments and PSPs (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Recurly) is desirable.
- Comfortable working with cloud data stacks and collaborating with engineering teams on data quality and instrumentation.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into reliable analyses and communicate recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- AI-native mindset: experience using AI assistants or embedded analytics tools to accelerate workflows.
