Responsibilities:
- Continuously analyse system and customer deployment data to detect patterns, anomalies, and emerging issues before they affect users.
- Build, maintain and iterate Tableau dashboards and KPI reports to surface hardware, software and operational health to clinical, product and account teams.
- Query production databases and combine datasets to produce concise, actionable insights for account management and clinical study teams.
- Translate operational needs into technical specifications (e.g., schema changes, telemetry improvements) and work with engineers to implement them.
- Recommend data-driven remediation and preventative actions to improve device and software performance; explore opportunities for AI/automation to enhance workflows.

Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills for complex querying and data joining; proficient in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards or equivalent BI tools.
- Analytical, research-oriented mindset with curiosity to investigate root causes and surface business-relevant findings.
- Commercial awareness and ability to present concise recommendations to clinical and account teams.
- Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional environment; prior experience with telemetry, IoT or medical device data is desirable.
