Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end data pipelines: orchestration, ingestion, transformation (dbt) and serving across the business.
- Maintain and optimise the data warehouse for performance, reliability and pipeline health.
- Shape and evolve the company data model to meet changing product and analytics needs.
- Use AI tools to accelerate pipeline development, troubleshooting and data quality checks.
- Partner with product and analytics teams to gather requirements and translate them into reliable, documented pipelines.
- Contribute to data architecture and tooling decisions as the platform grows.

Requirements:
- 1+ years hands-on data engineering experience and at least 1 year in iGaming (preferred by the team).
- Strong experience with dbt, data ingestion and data warehousing concepts; solid Python and SQL skills.
- Comfortable using AI models to improve workflows and troubleshoot issues.
- Good communication skills, ownership mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Nice-to-have: 3+ years experience, familiarity with Airflow, Airbyte, Git, Snowflake and AWS; proven end-to-end pipeline ownership.
