## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop, operate and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for regulatory reporting and the data warehouse.
- Build and evolve DW solutions both on-prem (MS SQL Server) and cloud (Delta Lake / Databricks on AWS).
- Ingest and transform data from APIs, databases and external systems into standardized data products.
- Implement automated testing, validation and monitoring to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, ECB RDARR).
- Ensure end-to-end data quality, governance and lineage in collaboration with data owners and analysts.
- Contribute to platform architecture, cloud integration and CI/CD practices.

Requirements:
- Several years hands-on experience with Python and SQL in production data projects.
- Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks (Delta Live Tables, dbt, Autoloader or similar) and Databricks.
- Experience in data modeling, database design and ensuring data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness).
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines for data code.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL systems (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2) and AWS-based data stacks.
- Understanding of data lineage, data governance and regulatory reporting constraints; proactive team player.
