## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for large, heterogeneous datasets (regulatory reporting & data warehouse).
- Build and operate Data Warehouse solutions on MS SQL Server and cloud (Databricks/Delta Lake on AWS).
- Ingest and transform data from APIs, databases and external systems into standardized data products.
- Implement automation, testing and validation to support regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, ECB RDARR guidance).
- Ensure data quality, governance and end-to-end lineage in collaboration with data owners and analysts.
- Contribute to architecture and process decisions; help onboard cloud- and microservices-based platforms.

Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on development experience with Python and SQL; willingness to deepen Databricks skills.
- Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT tools/workflows (Delta Live Tables, dbt, Autoloader or similar) and data modeling best practices.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2 or similar).
- Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD concepts for data pipelines.
- Experience running data pipelines on cloud-based processing platforms and working with data governance/quality practices.
- Strong teamwork, proactive mindset and understanding of regulatory reporting principles.
