## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build and ship end-to-end ML and data science systems from messy raw data to live production outputs.
- Run modelling, experiments, validation, and deployment cycles rapidly to deliver immediate business impact in supply chain/fresh produce.
- Use agentic AI coding tools daily to accelerate development, automate workflows, and increase output.
- Define metrics, monitoring, and A/B tests to measure real-world performance and drive iteration.
- Operate autonomously on zero-to-one problems and partner with product and ops to deploy solutions.

Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of technical experience (data science, ML engineering, or related engineering backgrounds accepted).
- Strong quantitative foundation (math/quant degree, PhD, or equivalent rigor).
- Daily hands-on use of agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) is a firm requirement.
- Track record of early-stage startup experience and delivering in ambiguous, high-pace environments.
- Strong engineering skills for building production pipelines, model serving, and monitoring.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
