## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and own the experimentation framework: A/B, multivariate and long-term studies with robust measurement plans.
- Develop statistical and causal methods (uplift, multi-touch attribution, interference handling) to evaluate personalization impact.
- Build predictive and causal models to inform targeting, segmentation and engagement strategies.
- Translate experiment results into actionable personalization rules and partner with ML engineers to operationalize them.
- Define and refine success metrics and guardrails to ensure experiments measure meaningful product/customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with analysts, product managers and engineers to embed rigorous methods into discovery and delivery cycles.

Requirements:
- Strong statistical foundation and experience with causal inference, experimental design and complex measurement challenges.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL and familiarity with Databricks/DBT or similar data platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests at scale.
- Experience with recommendation or personalization systems and translating statistical findings into product changes.
- Clear communication skills to present complex results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and ensure experimental validity in production environments.

## Responsibilities

You will advance recommendation and personalization logic by designing statistical frameworks, causal models, and experimentation strategies. You will also partner with product and engineering teams to integrate these models and define success metrics for personalization quality.

## Requirements

The role requires a strong statistical foundation with expertise in Python, SQL, and data pipeline tools like Databricks or DBT. Candidates should have significant experience in designing A/B tests and building recommendation or personalization systems.
