INTRODUCTION We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Product Intelligence Team, with a strong focus on building personalized user experiences. Your mission is to turn data into intelligent product features - from onboarding journeys to content discovery and recommendations - helping users see what truly matters to them. You will work in a cross-functional setup, closely collaborating with data experts (Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers) as well as the business side, in particular Product Managers. Together, you will identify and shape product opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions. Your responsibilities: Your core focus will be to design and build personalization models that enhance the user experience across key touchpoints during the user journey on our platform. You will leverage large datasets to develop, iterate, and continuously improve these models based on experimentation and user behavior data, driving measurable impact on engagement and retention. In addition, you will contribute to selected marketing use cases, applying data science methods to improve targeting, campaign performance, and overall marketing efficiency. Across all your work, you will combine strong analytical thinking with a clear focus on delivering impactful solutions that align with product and business goals.
