## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and build AI-driven features (personal assistants, chatbots, copilots) from prototype to production.
- Implement user-focused and backend components using deep learning and LLMs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Operations to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate cutting-edge LLM technology, productionise research, and monitor model performance and costs.
- Drive data-driven improvements, run experiments, and ensure reliability and security of deployed models.

Requirements:
- Experience in deep learning for NLP and working with large language models (research-to-production experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; advanced degree (MSc/PhD) is a plus.
- Strong programming and data skills (Python, SQL) and familiarity with production ML tooling and deployment.
- Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and model evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to translate product needs into technical solutions.
- Nice-to-have: experience with additional languages (Java/Scala/C++), prior work at large tech companies, or competitive STEM achievements.
