## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the OSS platform used across Quanza for design, implementation and management of large/hybrid IT infrastructures.
- Translate functional needs into reusable technical designs and align with stakeholders in operations, engineering and projects.
- Implement, test and deploy features and integrations with monitoring, logging and automation systems.
- Produce clear runbooks, documentation and user instructions.
- Contribute to 24x7 operations: provide 2nd-line support for complex incidents and changes, and participate in routine maintenance and improvement work.
- Work in an Agile environment, delivering user stories solo or in small teams and iterating on platform reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Practical experience with Linux, Docker, Python and Ansible.
- Good understanding of software development, automation and integration patterns.
- Affinity with ICT infrastructure and monitoring/management systems.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-discipline engineers.
- Structured, reliable and problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
- Entry to early-career level (0–2 years) with a drive to build tools that support business-critical infrastructure.
