Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain production infrastructure in AWS and on-prem environments (EKS, S3, IAM, ECR).
- Operate and improve Kubernetes clusters: deployments, scaling, upgrades, reliability, and day-to-day ops.
- Build, maintain, and harden CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, fast, and repeatable releases.
- Manage container lifecycle and runtime security (Docker image building, registry management, runtime policies).
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for consistent, versioned environments.
- Improve observability and incident response: monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and post-incident analysis (Datadog).
- Oversee networking across the stack: routing, load balancing, firewalls, cluster communication, and VPC design.
- Automate repetitive tasks and operational workflows using Python and internal tooling.
- Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to support compute-heavy and GPU workloads and to optimize platform reliability and cost.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of professional DevOps/SRE experience operating production systems.
- Hands-on AWS experience (EKS, S3, IAM, ECR) and comfort working with on-prem production infrastructure.
- Strong Unix/Linux fundamentals with proven ability to troubleshoot, tune, and operate systems in production.
- Production Kubernetes experience (EKS, k0s, or similar) and solid containerization knowledge (Docker).
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and network troubleshooting.
- Observability and monitoring experience; familiarity with Datadog is preferred.
- Comfortable scripting and automation with Python.
- Clear communicator, collaborative team player, fluent in English.
- Nice to have: experience with machine learning/GPU workloads, multi-cluster environments, or security automation.
