## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and grow a DevOps engineering team responsible for internal development tools and build systems.
- Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring and professional development; cultivate team culture aligned with company values.
- Own delivery priorities: filter inbound requests, set clear goals, and ensure the team focuses on high-impact work.
- Coordinate with engineering, IT, production and stakeholders to align build systems, SCM practices and tooling (Perforce/Git).
- Improve workflows, documentation and team processes to increase reliability, scalability and developer productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, build pipelines, containerization and orchestration; ensure security and operational readiness.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in a manager/lead role and 5+ years overall software development experience.
- Proven experience with DevOps principles and source control systems (Perforce and/or Git).
- Experience shipping software or games and collaborating with cross-functional teams under shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, cloud providers, security concepts and sysadmin practices is desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to operate in a hybrid in-office setup in Warsaw (relocation required).
- Nice-to-have: Unreal Engine exposure, game development background and experience with talent acquisition for technical teams.
