Responsibilities:
- Lead two mobile app teams (Android and iOS) and own technical direction, delivery, and roadmap execution.
- Translate product and business strategy into clear technical plans and deliverable milestones.
- Coach and mentor engineers; run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
- Ensure architecture quality, maintainability, and alignment with platform and product standards.
- Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to prioritize features and manage dependencies.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and formation of an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a product-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of mobile development (Android and/or iOS) and modern mobile architectures.
- Ability to plan roadmaps, set technical direction, and translate strategy into executable work.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and driving decisions with product and design partners.
- Fluent English; openness to hybrid on-site collaboration in Berlin.
