Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the team roadmap to evolve a product-oriented data platform focused on automation, scalability, integration, and developer enablement.
- Own strategy, execution, and organizational design for the team’s scope and long-term goals.
- Build, coach and scale a cross-functional team that delivers reliable, compliant platform capabilities.
- Establish guardrails, APIs and tooling that let product teams safely self-serve data and AI use cases.
- Represent the team across Engineering, Product, Security and stakeholders to align priorities and compliance requirements.
- Improve team maturity via performance management, mentoring, and promoting shared ownership.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing platform/infrastructure/SRE teams and driving team transformation toward product-oriented models.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native data architectures (preferably AWS) and platform engineering trade-offs.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills across technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience delivering secure, compliant solutions in regulated environments and enabling self-service patterns.
- Ability to coach engineers across data, infra and platform domains and raise delivery and ownership standards.
