Requirements: - 2+ years hands-on software engineering experience and 2+ years as a line manager of engineers. - Strong communicator and coach: gives direct feedback, resolves conflicts, and motivates teams. - Product-minded: able to understand user/clinical needs and translate them into delivery plans. - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities and broad responsibilities. - Familiarity with React/TypeScript and Django/Python (or similar stacks) is desirable. - Experience working in regulated environments or with clinical/healthcare products is a plus. - Willingness to work onsite/hybrid in London (initial onboarding on-site; typically 2+ days/week thereafter). ## Responsibilities Lead and empower a team of software engineers to build and scale the clinical trial platform.
