Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a native mobile engineering team (iOS and Android), fostering autonomy, career development and high performance
- Define team OKRs, prioritise work with Product and deliver measurable outcomes
- Provide technical leadership, code review guidance and mobile architecture decisions to improve performance and scalability
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and mentoring to build a diverse, effective team
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and smooth releases
- Champion engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, observability and release management

Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading mobile teams and shipping complex consumer apps
- Deep technical background in at least one native platform (Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift) and familiarity with modern toolchains
- Experience hiring, mentoring and scaling engineering teams; strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and communication skills in agile environments
- Metrics-driven mindset with focus on product quality, performance and developer productivity
