Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Wallet engineering team across frontend, mobile, and backend: hire, coach, set standards, and enable senior/staff engineers.
- Own delivery predictability: define milestones, track progress (Linear), surface risks early, and adjust scope or resources as needed.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to shape the roadmap, clarify requirements, and define quality and success criteria.
- Provide technical leadership: review RFCs, assess system designs, guide architecture trade-offs, and ensure maintainability.
- Ensure reliable user-facing experiences for login, onboarding, transactions, auth flows, passkeys, and security-related features.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager with a track record of delivering user-facing products.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency and ability to lead work across frontend, mobile (React Native), and backend domains.
- Solid system design, architecture judgment, and experience running RFC/review processes and trade-off analyses.
- Experience working closely with Product and QA to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with React, React Native, NestJS, Web3/fintech, authentication/transaction systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people coaching skills.
