## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Analyse fraud alert and case data to surface trends, emerging typologies and false-positive drivers.
- Build evidence and impact models to support rule and threshold tuning on the fraud monitoring platform.
- Design, produce and maintain operational MI: alert volumes, dispositions, SLA performance, losses and prevented losses.
- Create and operate dashboards and recurring reports for fraud leadership and operations.
- Perform post-incident and thematic data deep-dives; present findings to stakeholders.
- Coach and transfer analytical knowledge to L1/L2 analysts and support a 24/7 fraud operation.
- Participate onsite from Month 3 as required (relocation supported: flight, visa, housing allowance).

Requirements:
- 3+ years in data analytics within fraud, financial crime or banking operations.
- Strong, testable SQL skills (screening will include SQL assessment).
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or equivalent (hands-on authoring required).
- Python or R for analysis is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with fraud detection platforms / alert data (FICO Falcon, NICE Actimize, SAS or similar).
- Clear communicator able to present analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Passport with 12+ months validity and availability to relocate for the onsite phase.
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred. Contract: 6 months with potential extension.

You will act as the analytical engine for the fraud operations team by identifying trends, emerging typologies, and detection gaps. Additionally, you will design operational dashboards and support rule tuning on the client's fraud monitoring platform.

## Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data analytics within fraud or banking operations and possess strong SQL skills. The role requires the ability to relocate overseas for an onsite phase starting from the third month.
