## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance and maintain Java backend and Angular frontend components for modern banking applications.
- Analyze, design and implement business and technical requirements; integrate C# components into existing landscapes.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners and other teams to deliver production-ready features.
- Ensure high code quality via code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD and engineering best practices.
- Promote and implement AI-assisted engineering practices and help define AI-native SDLC standards and workflows.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical roadmaps and take ownership of specific domains or teams, including mentoring.
- Translate customer and business needs into sustainable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.

Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on software development experience with Java and Angular.
- Practical knowledge of C# and experience integrating components across heterogeneous stacks.
- Familiarity with version control (Git or SVN), relational databases (PostgreSQL), containers (Docker) and cloud (AWS).
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools and understanding of their responsible application across the SDLC (security, testability, compliance).
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring or coordinating teams is highly desirable.
- Advantage: domain knowledge in financial services.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, structured working style and a clear commitment to code quality.
