Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance the EPS Portal full stack: backend services (Python, asyncio, aiohttp) and frontend components (Vue 3, TypeScript).
- Build real-time dashboards showing positioning data and live system state for customers and engineers.
- Implement monitoring, alerting and integrations to keep customer installations observable and reliable.
- Design secure, efficient streaming and storage pipelines for real-time telemetry and analytics.
- Collaborate with R&D, field engineers and customers to translate needs into production-ready features.
- Maintain and evolve an in-house codebase; take features from design through testing to production.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with strong Python (asyncio) skills.
- Practical frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a component framework (preferably Vue 3).
- Experience building and consuming HTTP(S) APIs and WebSockets; familiarity with Linux and Git.
- Product-minded, autonomous and able to own features end-to-end; strong communication skills in English.
- Nice-to-have: numpy/pandas for time-series, networking/TLS, Linux server administration, web security, data visualisation.
- Location: Leuven hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home); willingness to work on-site as required.
