Group Product Manager (Mobile App) at Manychat

Responsibilities:
- Own the mobile app vision, roadmap and core user journeys; ensure mobile is treated as a first-class surface.
- Define mobile-native use cases (push, real-time presence, native OS patterns) and prioritise features that leverage mobile strengths.
- Set and track KPIs (mobile DAU/MAU, time-to-first-value, mobile-originated conversions, session metrics) and build a KPI tree.
- Run user research, experiments and analytics to validate hypotheses; ship MVPs and iterate quickly.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Mobile Engineering, Design, Data and Growth; align Inbox, Automations and AI units for consistency.
- Mentor product managers and contribute to product strategy and scaling processes.

Requirements:
- 7+ years product management experience in high-growth tech, with at least ~3 years in a leadership or senior PM role.
- Proven track record owning mobile app products (iOS and/or Android) and shipping mobile-native features.
- Strong data-informed decision-making: experimentation, analytics and KPI-driven roadmaps.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in creator/consumer products, chat/AI workflows or growth-focused mobile products is a plus.
