## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Growth stakeholders to provide actionable insights that optimise marketing campaigns and channel mix.
- Translate business questions into analytical plans and deliverables (dashboards, reports, ad-hoc analysis).
- Design, run and analyse lift tests, A/B tests and campaign attribution to measure impact and ROI.
- Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python and BigQuery; create reproducible analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations (Tableau) for ongoing performance tracking.
- Improve team-wide growth analytics practices, share knowledge and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing or business analytics with hands-on SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with BigQuery (or other cloud warehouses) and dashboarding tools (Tableau preferred).
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta AA, ADH) and campaign measurement.
- Experience designing and analysing lift tests, A/B tests and other experimental approaches.
- Solid statistical modelling skills (regression, clustering, time series) and practical data intuition.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and a proactive, independent work style.

## Responsibilities

The Growth Data Analyst will support Growth stakeholders by providing key insights to optimize marketing campaigns, channel targeting, and efficiency, acting as the primary contact for data and analytics questions. Responsibilities include creating ad-hoc insights, performing Lift Tests and AB test analyses, and improving group analytical approaches.

## Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in Growth Marketing Analytics or related fields, with at least 3 years in data analytics and statistical modeling, holding a degree in a quantitative discipline. Expertise in SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Tableau is required, along with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
