## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, objectives and high-level roadmap for HUB IT products supporting Corporate Communications.
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams; translate business needs into prioritized backlog items.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog; ensure teams are ready for delivery and understand priorities.
- Monitor delivery progress, surface risks/dependencies, and report status and expected business value.
- Validate feature readiness and make go/no-go recommendations; support release planning and adoption.
- Drive improvements in product management practices and support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Analyze usage, feedback and metrics to measure adoption and inform future prioritization.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management or a closely related role.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Data-informed decision-making, analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with backlog management, Agile ways of working and product discovery techniques.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
