## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and testing of Java-based microservices and backend components.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on implementation tasks, code reviews and design discussions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning and team meetings.
- Contribute to documentation, software maintenance and quality assurance activities.
- Learn and apply SOLID principles, development best practices and team coding standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Telecommunications Engineering and currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Java, microservices, Kubernetes and distributed systems; Kafka is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development, code reviews and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, time management and written/verbal English communication skills.
- Self-driven learner able to pick up new technologies and work effectively with mentoring.
