## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Support development and maintenance of the Amplification product roadmap (heads, combos, cabinets, pedals).
- Collect and analyse user, artist and market feedback to inform product decisions and secure product-market fit.
- Help define product vision, strategy and priorities; prepare and present roadmap updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, design, brand/marketing and sales to deliver on-time launches and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor product performance and user experience post-launch and drive iterative improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (engineering or equivalent) and 1–2 years’ experience in product management; MI industry experience preferred.
- Solid business fundamentals, analytical skills and comfort interpreting product metrics and market data.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and advocating for user-centred design decisions.
- Clear communicator, organised, collaborative and eager to grow into increased product responsibility.
- Passion for musical instruments and awareness of industry trends is a plus.

## Responsibilities

You will support the product management team in developing the roadmap and portfolio for the amplification category, ensuring competitive and cohesive product offerings. Additionally, you will drive product development across the lifecycle while aligning go-to-market strategies with brand, marketing, and sales teams.

## Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field and 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably within the musical instrument industry. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are essential.
