Responsibilities:
- Build, test and deploy reliable data transformations and models using Redshift and dbt.
- Produce clean, documented data models for BI teams and business stakeholders (Metabase dashboards).
- Create and maintain dataset tests, CI pipelines and documentation to ensure data quality.
- Improve analyst workflows by automating repetitive tasks with Python and optimizing queries.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts and product teams to prioritize data needs.

Requirements:
- Early-career experience in analytics, data engineering, data analysis or related roles.
- Strong SQL skills (querying, joins, basic optimization) — mandatory.
- Basic understanding of ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts; experience with Redshift/dbt is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python for automation and scripting is desirable.
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau or similar) and creating data models for dashboards.
- Good communication, organization and collaboration skills; eagerness to learn and grow.
