## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to design and implement features across the customer identity verification stack.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain microservices that handle KYC orchestration and provider integrations (video ID, document verification, biometrics).
- Participate in the ongoing architectural modernization: consolidate integrations, harden orchestration, and clarify domain ownership.
- Ensure systems meet security, AML/KYC and GDPR requirements; follow secure coding practices.
- Review code, mentor junior engineers, and uphold code quality and documentation standards.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable services used by onboarding pipelines across markets.

Requirements:
- Practical experience building production systems with a JVM language and Spring Boot (Kotlin is a plus).
- Good understanding of microservices design, service orchestration, and API integration patterns.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres) and non-relational stores.
- Experience or appreciation for cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS).
- Strong testing, deployment, and observability mindset; write well-tested, documented code.
- Full professional proficiency in English, strong bias for action, and attention to security and compliance.

## Responsibilities

## Requirements
