Responsibilities:
- Define and implement analytics strategy and best practices aligned to business objectives across Bauer Media Audio.
- Establish KPIs, build scalable reporting solutions and maintain dashboards for multiple European markets using BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Analyse audience behaviour, content consumption and advertising performance to drive growth, retention and monetisation.
- Develop audience segmentation, attribution and measurement frameworks to prioritise editorial and commercial decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor analysts, promote data accessibility and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in data analysis, business intelligence or analytics with strong stakeholder influence skills.
- Expert SQL ability and experience querying large-scale consumer/audience datasets.
- Proven experience with data visualisation tools (preferably Tableau) and building scalable dashboards.
- Knowledge of audience analytics, segmentation, advertising metrics and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience and comfortable working with cross-functional teams across markets.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate analytics into business impact.
