Responsibilities:
- Design and build high-traffic user interfaces using JavaScript and modern frameworks (Vue.js / React).
- Implement high-leverage features to improve UX and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA and engineering to ship components and features.
- Draft and influence frontend architectural decisions in coordination with the Tech Lead.
- Drive team processes through retrospectives and continuous improvement.
- Share knowledge across the ABOUT YOU tech community and mentor peers.

Requirements:
- 8+ years professional frontend development experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks (Vue 3 or React).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS; experience with frontend architecture and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Vue Storefront and Scayle is a plus.
- Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
