## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of product analysts focused on Tabby Cash and debit financial products.
- Define and run experiments (A/B tests), generate hypotheses, analyze results and present clear recommendations to Product, Risk and Growth teams.
- Monitor, maintain and evolve KPIs for activation, engagement and profitability; build dashboards and regular reports.
- Partner with product and marketing stakeholders on ad-hoc analytics, feature launches and strategic planning.
- Design data structures and recommend improvements to support new products and ensure data quality.
- Build reusable analyses, visualizations and self-serve tools to increase team impact and decision speed.
- Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, statsmodels) and SQL to perform cohort, retention and profitability analyses.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a data or product analyst, with proven experience leading analysts.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases; proficient in Python for analysis and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools and data visualization best practices.
- Solid grounding in A/B testing, experimentation design, metrics definition and causal interpretation.
- Experience planning data schemas and improving data quality for new products.
- Strong quantitative thinking, problem-solving and ability to translate analysis into clear business actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fintech/product analytics experience and familiarity with LLM/AI for analytics are advantageous.

## Responsibilities
