## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own product analytics for Europe & UK regional expansion: define, track and report KPIs for expansion markets.
- Partner with Product Managers, engineers and analysts to scope analyses that inform product decisions and prioritisation.
- Lead analytics for product launches: forecasting, discovery analysis, experimentation design and measurement.
- Translate data into clear recommendations and build narratives to influence stakeholders and secure buy-in.
- Build, maintain and document reusable data assets (dashboards, cohort definitions, monitoring signals) to diagnose trends and support rapid decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve product metrics and drive continuous optimisation across regions.
- Mentor and upskill other analysts, promoting best practices in experimentation, instrumentation and data modelling.

Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in product or data analytics, ideally in fintech, banking or payments.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with BI tools and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude or similar).
- Proven experience designing and measuring experiments and forecasting product outcomes.
- Solid product intuition and ability to translate complex analyses into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Experience building maintainable data assets and dashboards; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience driving decisions in ambiguous contexts.
