## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap and delivery for a defined CDD capability (e.g., Customer Identity Lifecycle, AI KYC, automated data collection, EDD).
- Lead discovery and define problem statements using regulatory requirements, operational data and user research.
- Define and track key metrics and counter-metrics; use data to prioritise work and defend decisions.
- Coordinate with MLROs, operations, engineering and peer product teams to deliver compliant, auditable solutions.
- Build compliance, auditability and client protection into designs and manage audit findings to closure.
- Manage, mentor and grow a small team of PMs and business managers; communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 6+ years in product management with demonstrable end-to-end ownership of shipped products or major capabilities.
- Experience in regulated financial services, working with compliance, MLROs or regulatory programmes (AMLA knowledge a plus).
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable defining metrics, working with data and separating signal from noise.
- Excellent communication: able to write for executives and work deeply with engineers and operations in English.
- Bias for evidence, risk-aware decision making, and experience designing for auditability and regulatory compliance.

## Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for Customer Due Diligence, including automated data collection, AI-powered KYC, and risk-based enhanced due diligence. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of product and business managers to deliver compliant, scalable banking infrastructure.

The role requires 6+ years of product management experience, specifically within regulated environments and working with compliance or regulatory teams. You must possess strong analytical fluency, the ability to define metrics, and excellent communication skills in English.
